Great bones, cool vintage details. The bulk of the budget was spent on new roof shingles and an extensive exterior project, involving the removal of two giant trees, excavating stumps, widening and paving a double wide driveway. The vinyl shutters were spray painted black and the door is Benjamin Moore's "Caliente". Most of the interior improvements were cosmetic.
